Limitations: Backbone is the PMDC public and private medical-college lists (seat allocations, accessed 2026-10-13) plus the PMDC recognised-institutes PDF of 07-11-2025. The MBBS qualification is cited from the PMDC 2026 admissions regulations, not from each college. Ownership is recorded as PMDC lists it (military-run Army Medical College appears under public; CMH, Fazaia and Bahria colleges under private). Websites, teaching language, duration and international-admission details were not collected per college. Parent universities (affiliating universities) were not verified. Wikidata hints for universities (e.g. Dow University of Health Sciences, Khyber Medical University, University of Health Sciences Lahore, Gandhara University, Gomal University) were treated as parents/affiliating bodies, not separate schools; Institute of Nuclear Medicine and City University of Health Sciences were not found as MBBS colleges in PMDC lists.
