Limitations: No SUNEDU program-level list was machine-readable (the tuni.pe program search is a token-protected JavaScript application), and web search was unavailable. Candidates come from the SUNEDU list of licensed universities, the ASPEFAM membership list (discovery only) and a scan of university websites; the candidate list may be incomplete, especially for newer private programs. Many sites returned 403, timed out or render with JavaScript, leaving 18 candidates unresolved (including UCV, UNSA, USIL, UDEP, Científica del Sur and UNA Puno). Location and public/private status for most records come from SUNEDU's licence row (the university seat), so branch campuses (filiales) are generally not recorded. SINEACE accreditation was not checked. Languages and international admissions were not researched.
