Limitations: No current complete CHED list of all Doctor of Medicine programmes was reachable (ched.gov.ph is behind Cloudflare; the PRC school-performance table is a non-downloadable Google Drive file). Candidates were compiled from the APMC directory (March 2025, discovery only), CHED's MSRS page and CHED press releases, and the June 2026 approvals reported in the press. Records cite school websites and CHED pages; several location quotes are university-level addresses rather than the medical college's own campus (noted per record). Wikidata hints not in any official or directory list were not recorded: Misamis University College of Medical Technology, University of the Philippines Manila College of Arts and Sciences, Velez College, Iligan Medical Center College, Mindanao Medical Foundation College and Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines. Languages, ownership and international admissions were not verified.
