Limitations: Records are built from the Minister of Health admission-limit regulations and the POLON register (RAD-on open data); faculty websites were not checked, so English-taught tracks are taken only from POLON course instances in English with status 'prowadzone'. English names of newer programmes are renderings of the Polish names. Military medicine at the Medical University of Lodz is not a separate record. RA-PKA accreditation decisions were not recorded. Wikidata hints (52 items) were reconciled against the official lists: they are mainly departments, former names of the medical universities (Akademia Medyczna ...), non-physician faculties and private colleges that do not appear in the 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 kierunek lekarski limits; none was added without official evidence.
