Limitations: Backbone is the 2026 ÖSYM placement guide (Tablo 4): every faculty with a 2026 Tıp intake is recorded. Faculties without a 2026 intake (newly established or not yet admitting) are not covered. pdftotext interleaves the guide's table columns, so for about 25 faculties the program row could not be quoted; for these the TEPDAD accreditation row or the faculty heading is used and program codes are in notes. English names are translations (official English names not checked); websites, Wikidata IDs and international-admission policies were not added. Location for state universities whose name contains the city is taken from the name as printed in the guide. Wikidata hints not matching a 2026 Tıp program (Anadolu University Faculty of Medicine, Hacettepe Kastamonu Faculty of Medicine, Imperial School of Medicine, Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi, faculties of health sciences, dental school, hospital buildings) were not recorded: historical units, hospitals or non-physician programs.
