Charles University's Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové offers the six-year General Medicine (MUDr.) programme in Czech, free of tuition, and a separate English-taught General Medicine programme with an annual fee of CZK 400,000. Czech-programme applicants take a written test in biology, somatology, chemistry and physics; English-programme applicants take multiple-choice tests and an oral interview in English.
