Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy, a public school under Vietnam's Ministry of Health, teaches a renewed Y khoa (General Medicine) curriculum developed in the HAIVN-IMPACT medical-education reform project with advice from Harvard Medical School faculty. The program is organised in organ-system modules, with pre-clinical simulation practice and clinical placements moving from district hospitals to Da Nang city hospitals and, in the final year, Hue Central Hospital.
