Gulu University's Faculty of Medicine runs a five-year Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with an August intake; entry requires UACE principal passes in biology and chemistry at one sitting. Clinical training takes place at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital Lacor under a memorandum of understanding. Tuition is published per semester for East Africans and non-East Africans.
