The Faculty of Health Sciences and Techniques (FSTS) of Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry took its current name in 2018, succeeding the faculty of medicine, pharmacy and odontostomatology. Physician training runs six years of theoretical courses followed by a final year of clinical synthesis in national hospitals.
