The Faculty of Medical Sciences of The University of the West Indies at St. Augustine runs a five-year MBBS split into three pre-clinical and two clinical years, followed by a 12-month internship. Entry is based on CAPE/A-level or equivalent passes in chemistry, biology and one other subject, among other routes. The 2026/2027 fee booklet lists annual MBBS tuition in TT dollars for Trinidad and Tobago nationals and in US dollars for nationals of contributing and other countries.
